Letter from the President:
I have been an educator and writer for over 10 years. After graduating
with a BA in English from DePaul University,
Chicago, I began a full-time teaching career at Brooklyn Technical
High School, a public high school in New York City. Returning
to DePaul
University
for an MA in English, I started teaching composition at
Robert
Morris College,
Chicago. My last
teaching job was working with grades 5-8 at The Avery Coonley School, Downers Grove,
Illinois.
In between teaching jobs, I worked at different publishing
companies. I was a test development specialist for reading and
writing assessments at Riverside Publishing/Houghton Mifflin,
and I was a reading editor for Rigby Publishing/Harcourt.
Now I have taken my English education background to a new level. I am dedicating
myself to providing quality educational materials for publishing companies and
development houses. By providing high-quality writing and editing skills to publishers, I hope to
make a difference in the lives of students everywhere.
Sincerely,
Lisa Mazza |
